Not knowing actives will certainly hurt, but only in some of the houses. She would still have a pretty good shot at pi phi, aopi, theta or ADPi. If she comes on campus and makes a good impression on actives in other sororities, they still may notice her! I came on campus last year not knowing a soul. I met a group of actives out one night at a fraternity party and we clicked. This was for a so called top tier house. Never say never! She will have three weeks to get herself noticed!
