fraternity rush is much more laid back, especially in the spring and summer. Most of the summer parties are during orientation or in Jackson, Oxford, Memphis. Don't worry if the fraternaties don't know you yet and you have not been invited. Rushing for fraternities starts once you get on campus. Get to know the rush chairmen and actives for the fraternities you are interested in. Start networking and get yourself invited to their house for lunch and dinner. Get to know the guys and let them know that you are interested if they are interested in you chances are good you will get a bid.
