I might on a drunken night believe you about kkg. They did get an awesome pledge class, but until they clean up their standards, they will never be top tier. Theta, on the other hand is no where close! This is just wishful thinking. Theta is still a melting pot of girls whom got cut from the other houses for a variety of reasons. Those reasons don't have to be bad! Theta is filled with girls who simply didn't know how rush worked prior to it and came in unprepared. It is also a catch all for those odd girls who just don't fit into other social circles. Too mixed to clearly define.
