To : you my friend. Please tell me how middle and bottom tier get all the quality girls? What have they done. And if you want to get into scandals, the lower the sorority the more scandals. The difference is that when something happens in a top tier house every other sorority makes the biggest deal about it because the are trying so desperately to bring them down. In lower sororities nobody cares because scandals are TOLERATED.
