Theta is no longer bottom tier because they have two half way decent pledge classes? Are you kidding me? Xo, ddd, KD, phi mu, kappa, and DG have all had great pledge classes for the last 50 years. Even pi phi has better pledge classes. You may be on par with aopi, but that is about it.
