Those numbers are the Bid Day totals plus what they needed to get to campus total. For example campus total for every house is 400. XYZ only has 200 active members. So if Bid Day total is 100 they need to have that plus a 100 quota additions to meet campus total. This probably why AOII, AXO, ADII and Pi PHI have such large numbers. Healthy chapters want to be at campus total it is important. Campus total is reset every year but honestly varies very little year to year. I would say for DG ,Kappa and KD it was probably just quota additions that were needed to be made because of RFM this probably puts them over total.
