While visiting Oxford for the very first time this past spring, we asked our waiter (who claimed to be an ole miss student) to give us the "down low" on the various sororities. We were of course joking and being silly, but because he was giving us advice on classes and professors and local watering holes, we thought why not ask about sororities as well. He listed Tri delta, chi o, and KD as the best. He said that kappa had fun girls and phi mu wore too much makeup. Then he actually warned us about theta. Said wearing a theta tshirt was embarrassing and not even thetas wore there letters everyday like the other sororities did. Even random people on the streets say that theta is not a good sorority. It's hard for a pnm not to listen to these people.
