I think so much bickering can be alleviated by acknowledging that within the tiers all houses are equal! There are differences in personality types, but for the most part, it is impossible to say that one is better than the other. You just have to find your fit. As far as theta goes. They are improving. For the first time ever, they were able to up their standards and cut girls who were not a good fit. It's not really fair to call them a hot mess. ADPi, on the other hand is too much of a mixed bag. They have a long way to go before you can even begin to define them.
