Smartest? not entirely. Texas has a lot of Podunk towns that have a top 8% that are no where as smart as even the bottom 50% of private schools in Dallas and Houston. Prettiest and richest? naw, those girls go to ole miss! The majority of UT is made up of top 8 %. Many from the smaller towns drop out after the first year. And most are not the prettiest or the richest. Let's call a spade a spade and get real here.
