The tiers don't just change because you come on here and say so! I bet you $100 that you will continue to post over and over again trying in vain to convince someone! I'll tell you why the top tier will remain the top tier. They put on better rushes and girls want to be a part of a group that makes them feel good. I went through rush last year and preffed two top tier and one mid tier. I loved them all! Neither DG nor kappa impressed me! I'm not from Mississippi so your post doesn't apply here.
