Nobody here is going to be able to answer your questions. You will probably need to contact your sorority directly and have them tell you what their affiliation policy is. I hate to bring this up, because the Tri delts don't deserve the negative press that is sure to follow, but a few years back they allowed a transfer in from a smaller school. This girl went on to create a huge scandal that took the Tri delts an entire year to live down. All of the sororities you mentioned have standards. They have gpa requirement. If you fit in and they don't see you as a potential liability then you shouldn't have any problems. Be warned that a few years back I had a friend who was a chi o transfer. She was never fully accepted. Pledge classes are tight and once cliques are formed its hard for others to fit in. Also, you brought up that your parents had financial problems last year and couldn't send you to ole miss. You do know that girls pay upwards of $8,000 a year to be in a sorority here? Dues, fees, meals, social event, etc. You need to know what you are getting yourself into before you commit.
