Sig Ep wasn't kicked off for hazing. They lost their charter because three of their members did something really stupid and their national came down and made up a reason to pull their charter. The former Sig Eps will make up well over half of the chapter. They will decide how well Phi Tau does in rush. I think the chapter will do fine.
