Depends of so many many factors. Phi Mu is a respected sorority on campus. Everybody discounts them because they aren't top three, but they still have a rich history on campus and many girls want to be phi Mu going into rush. I'm not a phi Mu, but I did pref them. You might last longer with them than a top house, but without knowing anyone willing to step up and fight for you, I don't think you will get past skit. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.
