"Part of the desire to be in a house is exclusitivity (sic). When that is gone, what’s even the point?" THE POINT OF JOINING A SORORITY is not to belong to an exclusive club. The point is to be a part of a group of women who lift each other up. The point is to join together to work towards making the community a better place through a chapter's philanthropy. If you are joining a sorority simply to wear your letters as a status symbol, you are missing the point.
