That's not how it works. There is a leaving fee, so if we fire him, we'll still be paying him. It's not made public, but estimates show it's around $25M. So if we fire him after this year, we'll pay him $25M. If we fire him after 2-3 years, it may only be $10M. You'd be an idiot to guarantee a contract in the SEC for 6 years.
