Any state school is going to look at their local girls with connections first as they are more likely in the future to stay in state and give to alum projects( new houses you enjoy). It is not personal it is business of keeping a strong house by meeting financial goals. These homes are expensive to maintain. Out of state girls exist in every chapter with that said. Some may have better connections to MS.
