No, what I am saying is that you can't compare the Tri Delt chapter at ole miss to the Tri Delt chapter at state. Every chapter is going to be different. Just as much as you can't compare ole miss kappas with kappas from other schools, etc. Every chapter is different irregardless of tier structures. Op was trying to say that ddd's shouldn't be considered top tier at ole miss because they are not top tier at state. I'm disagreeing.
