This is retarded! Top tier status is different at every single school. You can't judge a sorority chapter at one school by looking at a different chapter at another school! No two chapters are alike. If all national chapters were alike, the KD would be bottom tier certainly. Ddd, DG, kappa, and theta would be the only groups with top tier national status.
