All houses have a different vibe what is considered “top” depends on what you value. XO>KD>DDD - all kinda have a similar vibe hard to get into as a random/no connections. Def value grades. XO cool for most part kinda earthy chill lots of Mississippi girls really keep to themselves. KD are either cool and fun or like weird legacy’s not much of an in between, but pretty well rounded. DDD very similar to KD only real difference is they may be a little richer? KKG>DG>Phi Mu Kappa gets a lot of cool out of state girls known for being a fun bunch.
