Right. My point is that the in-state houses probably tip less because they don't usually tip the full 20 anyway. Example. In NYC, tipping a full 20% is the norm, tipping higher if the service is great. In Jackson, not so much, the 20% is reserved for when the service is great. Regional differences. Adpi. Pi Phi have a much larger out of state and out of region membership. Then some people are just cheap.
