Oh please yourself. This was a very real and recent thing when there was a huge move out every year right after rush. Some girls would immediately enroll at State and try again to try to get into the right sorority and then transfer back here. It was ridiculous. So finally around 5 years ago recruitment was delayed until after tuition was due so the huge drop outs wouldn't happen, combined with the 2016 panhellenic institution of Variable Quota for a couple of years to help the mid houses. It throttled the numbers that DDD, XO, KD could take and pnm's were forced to consider other sororities. The Mammas and Grandmas whose legacy daughters were dropped were outraged. It was the biggest stink in the history of sororities here. So moving recruitment back earlier is going to be quite the experiment.
