Honestly, phi mu should be lower than this. PCs 18 and 19 were average or a little below and PCs 20 and 21 were really bad for the chapter. Another rush like that and they'll be bottom for sue. Adpi will probably end up taking their place at the bottom of the middle tier. Aphi could too but they almost got on sopro because their grades were so bad this semester.
