Nothing wrong with Alpha phi or any other sorority on campus. They are a great bunch of girls and so are those in the other houses. These girls aren’t dropping because of any supposed reputation or comments from here. They drop because alpha lacks leadership. Need to work on making everyone feel included…bigs should try and get to know their littles, go out together, etc. Find a new alpha and she’ll tell you she probably knows only 2-3 people there that she talks to. Work on that and more girls will stay.
