No one bullied anybody. It isn't the top sororities that caused them to close. Or even the middle sororities. (How does it even make sense that the top sororities would bully the bottom sorority to get rid of a non-threat??) The reason they were closed is already in your post: Girls dropped. Nationals had to close it for financial reasons related to this.
