After reading a few of the discussion posts and comments on this page I'm honestly embarrassed to say I'm part of this Greek system. I don't understand why everyone on here feels the need to constantly tear every house apart- especially the sororities. As a member of one of the sororities I have never felt the need to talk so terribly about another house especially when PNMs come here to see what our greek life is all about. Honestly the opinion on who is top/middle/lower tier is terrible and is all strictly opinionated. Everyone knows girls in each house they love more than anything and girls they hate more than anything. But I don't think this gives any reason to make such a huge generalized opinion of that house just because you don't like a few girls out of basically 500! I recommend to those coming on this site for rush advice and more to just stop. All you are reading is mean girls hurting other houses- which absolutely shouldn't happen. Go through rush completely blinded- no pervious opinions or prejudgements. Walk into each house and make your own personal opinion on what will fit YOU not what other people say they think will fit you. Rush is a completely personal thing and don't let other peoples mean comments sway how you feel or think about a house. And to the girls coming on here to talk bad about their fellow sororities stop. Go out and give these 'snobby' 'stuck up' houses another chance. I guarantee you will find amazing girls in every single house.
