Are you retarded? What are you talking about? "It cost triple to live in Houston as compared to Houston." You got ONE thing right, Memorial is the only public high school in Houston that has any money. But there are at least 20 other high schools in Houston that don't. River Oaks/West U. are as inner city as it gets, way, way more valuable than Memorial! Those kids go to St. John, Episcopal, Houston Christian, Duchesne, St. Agnes (ps - St. Francis only goes through Jr. High) Maybe you and I are agreeing on Houston being better than Jackson, but you are too redarded to get your point across!
