They are better exactly why third comment stated. Sigma Nu has a great house, and is mostly Jackson, but is dropping. KA has a great reputation, gets the best pledge class, but is somewhat corny and has a bunch of clones. EX is friendly, not all in state, and is on probation. I would say Sigma Chi and KA are tied as the best right now
