This is exactly what rush at Ole Miss is all about! It is WHO you know, what your daddy does for a living and who your mom and friends can get to "push" you into the "right" sorority. There are a lot of great girls with great grades, activities with no connections. The so called "top tier" sororities are not superior to any other sorority. This year there were mommies following their daughters to the parties, sitting around waiting to talk to them in between parties, hiding behind bushes and in their cars. Girls tried to harm themselves and left school when they were released. The sane girls may not want any part of this craziness. There are NO lower tiers at Ole Miss. Some girls just want the fun and sisterhood without all the drama.
