Actually, there's girls in so-called lower tier who have done the same things you have done. I don't know of any girl who comes to Ole Miss without those credentials expecting to join a sorority. There's just a lot of girls who have always gotten what they wanted whose families have the right connections and can get them the bid they feel their entitled to. So this perpetuates the attitude of being superior to others.
