Dear PNM, With registration opening, you are about the enter the craziest, most stressful, but most rewarding experience. In honor of that, I wanted to offer some advice that may help you. First off, during rush you will see so many beautiful girls. Don’t let this bother you, you are beautiful in your own way. Don’t be nervous about looks, look presentable, but other than that don’t compare yourself to every girl that walks by. Second, when the doors to your first house open, you will be shaking and terrified of it, embrace it!!! Rush is a super fun experience because you get to see every house maybe only once. Third, when talking to a girl, don’t be nervous that you’re “too sweaty” or “too awkward”. I promise that these girls have been jumping around getting all sweaty and practicing to impress YOU. And finally, leave all preconceived notions at home. Give every house a fair shot. There will be some houses you don’t vibe with and some you will.
