Not having one person in either of the two chapters help someone they don't know that well who is hurt does not make you look any better. I'm pretty sure there are classy ways to handle this: 1) help her up and make sure she is okay; 2) if the guy helped her and they are making out make sure she is okay anyway; 3) make sure people do not take pictures of this mess (not saying you did but obviously someone associated with this event did)
