I didn't include Pi Phi in either group. They are not a top 6, but they don't deserve to be lumped at the bottom either. They are a great middle of the road house. You are delusional if you think that every house is as bad at the bottom two. Here was your question: "So please explain why you feel all the other sororities have managed to be so active in the community and on campus while excelling academically since they didn't make the "quality cut"?"
