I feel like KA has declined somewhat in the last couple of years. Probably still counts as Top Tier, but they're in danger of slipping. Not sure if I would count SAE with ATO and KE. Maybe have a mid-middle tier with SAE and Pike. Lower middle could be Sig Ep, Phi Psi, and maybe Sigma Pi depending on their fall PC.
