Shame on you? Really "way to ruin it" ? It's only corruption if you allow it to consume you. She's not asking you to take her experience into consideration, she's just sharing her personal dissatisfaction because for some new rushies, the negative and positive are both beneficial for their own successful experience. Besides, you're going to love it and hate it, so you might as well prepare yourself now. I'm In a sorority too and I can say with the highest respect to my sisters that it isn't all a "walk in the park." You will argue and fight and disagree, but that's apart of the entire sorority experience and something you should be aware of when going through rush. With all due respect miss, you have no idea what sorority life is yet, so don't put yourself on a pedestal, because you're going to be kicked off real fast in a few weeks. Rush IS what you make it, so pick your house for the right reasons and it should be a mostly positive experience. And I'm not trying to be aggressive with you, but you got too defensive too fast when you haven't even gone through recruitment. Greek life isn't going to be the most important thing you experience in college.....
