<strong>Subject:</strong><br />how this works<br /><br /> Poster Message:
Here is a completely honest post to explain how this really works and to answer a couple other posts. The first thing you must remember is that when you deal with sororities you are dealing with young women, that in itself lends to a lot of drama. Girls can be fiercely loyal and incredibly mean when it comes to friendships. 97% of the posters on this site are female so they are going to love and defend their sorority while completely slamming others. It is kind of like school spirit, you hate and talk mean about your rivals, even though you may never have been there or know anyone that goes there, it is just what we do. And your rivals return the favor even though in your eyes there is absolutely nothing that could possibly be negative at your school. So any comment on here is from a slanted view point as 90% are from current sorority women. Sororities at Ole Miss can be compared to designer fashion. Take a white cotton blouse: One from J Crew is $69. It is made of Cotton, It keeps you warm and dry, It fits very well. It is White and has buttons. Compare it to a designer blouse that is $189. It is made of cotton, It keeps you dry and warm, It fits very well, It is white and has buttons. The only difference is that certain people think it makes them better to wear the second shirt were really they are exactly alike and serve the same function. Sororities at Ole Miss are the same. They all give you life long friends, They look great on your resume, ( to be cont)
