also I don't think Theta will come back AT LEAST until everyone who was on campus while they were here has graduated. And 2 sororities will not colonize on one campus at the same time, so it definitely wouldn't happen in 2020 and also prob not 2021. When ADPi and APhi came they came 2 years apart so they each had a chance to plant their feet firmly on the ground I could see them waiting like 10-20 or so years like someone else said. that is what ADPi did and it seems to have worked ok
