I'm no Theta insider, but if I was placing a bet, it would not be on this outcome. SEC school, chapter closes for low enrollment on a campus where "tiers" seem to matter? Probably won't be back for 20 years like ADPi. You don't see Zeta back yet, do you? I'm not saying I agree with any of this (or that Theta even needed to close), but, sadly, that's just how it works.
