Yes, people use them and should consider it. You get an ACT test prep tutor, etc., right? Even moms from the area who think they know the right thing give out a lot of wrong information. EVERY DAY of Rush can change what you thought you should do at a school like Ole Miss. But if you have the time, you can figure out most of it on your own via the internet. Some people have more money than time though and a rush coach can really help you. At the very least, consider going to a seminar with tips or something. Especially if you aren’t from the area. Probably would cost $500-$1000.
