It’s actually not too smart a move to cut girls with 3.0-3.5 GPA. The “top tier” sororities are selling themselves short not going after some of those awesome, well-rounded girls. Ole Miss admissions actually has the most lenient GPA requirements of all of the SEC. Students who can’t get into their own state SEC universities go to Ole Miss because it’s so easy to get accepted.
