Exactly the reason I asked this question! If a 3.1, 3.2 is too low for several houses, then it needs to be transparent so a bunch of girls in that range need to be made aware of first round cuts. The website should not say that a 3,0 is a green zone and options are not likely limited bc it’s untrue.
