What chapters are most likely to take a girl from OOS (in the South, though) with an incredible resume - involved in high school activities, cheer, volunteering, attractive, 4.0+ gpa, not a legacy to any other sorority BUT doesn’t know many people at all? Seriously, the total package, but the only downfalls (if you would even call them downfalls) are OOS, and no connections. Do any of the “in state” sororities even look at girls like this? What about the other chapters? Since recruitment is several weeks after school starts, do the actives try to meet the PNMs before recruitment starts? Or, are the even allowed?
