Truthfully, they are only half way decent because they have legacies and a nice house. But most of the sorority houses are just as nice or better. They have attracted a lot of low quality girls over the years, so yes, now they are considered low-middle tier. But every sorority has unattractive girls just not like them. Not many girls want to be a tri delt.
