DDD took pledges from CA, NY, and MA last year that weren't legacies. Granted, their pledge classes have been really unusual the last few years. They barely met quota two years ago. I don't think DDD appeals to most PNMs for some reason. And no, I didn't get cut from DDD. I preffed them 3 years ago but ranked them second.
