I think we can all agree that bad things happen in every state, in every country, all over the world, all day,everyday. And there are some crazy trolls, no doubt. But I think what the OP was attempting to figure out why there seems to be a higher than average number of racial incidents overall in Mississippi, regardless of the offenders home state.The question really is why is OM an attractive option for these people?
