If we can't match your in-person appearance with the photo that you submitted then we are going to have a harder time recalling anything about you during recruitment, and that's a good way to fall through the cracks and get dropped. We try to become somewhat familiar with pnm's before they walk through the door through their photos and resumes, so if you change your appearance too drastically then all that goes out the window and you'll just get lost in the crowd.
