Chapters have no business even considering a pnms act or sat score. I understand grades but test scores are zero indication of how well a student performs. You could have have one student make an 18 on the act and one student score a 32....... the student that scored the 18 May very well maintain a 3.5-4.0 and the student that scored the 32 may struggle to keep a 2.5. Test scores should not even be factored in a Chapters decision to give a girl a bid or not. The policy of reporting test scores needs to be changed
