The KD house is going to be the most expensive sorority house renovation to ever be done. You can read about it in the Mississippi news. Kappa is also going to be beautiful. Both houses will be done before you would ever consider moving into the house because both houses you live in as an upperclass men. As for next year, kappa is in theta and KD is in the SAE house. Both will be great. It’s unique for both of them to do this as it’s rare to be in a fraternity house and another sorority house. But it should be good for the girls. I’m sure during rush they will both show you plans for their future homes. Also one more difference between the two: kappa is just renovating their house. KD completely tore down their house and is getting a new one because of flooding and the roof falling in.
