Now, now, don't get excited, if your sorority is in last place there are things you can do instead of crying on GR. The numbers are all relevant, every sorority has members who graduate early, went to nursing or medical school, had financial issues, etc. If your sorority is losing a higher percentage than others than maybe an effort should be made to find out why. Maybe find out if you have members who are struggling to find a place in the sorority, those are the ones you can help. Any sorority that loses members because they felt excluded really need to evaluate their sisterhood. Possibly look at your leadership and if they are addressing retention issues. Keep in mind though, the sororities that are typically more OOS are going to have a greater loss due to members not adjusting to being so far from home. Maybe those sororities could evaluate how their sisterhood can help those students adjust.
