And it can also hurt a PNM in that some girls get fixated on their legacy house and then ignore other houses that might be a better fit. Then they get released from their legacy house and also by the other houses they 'ignored' at parties and find themselves with few options by the end. Legacies, keep that to yourself except for your legacy house. And consider every single house here. It could be great to be a 'sister' to your mom/sister/grandmother, but only if it's a true fit.
