Sorry, but your words made zero sense. "if one of the houses they didn’t rank doesn’t invite them back next round but both the ones she does rank do. In that case the RFM system would put the house she ranks first back on her schedule. Obviously if she didn’t get asked back to her first ranked house either, then it would automatically move on to see if her second ranked house invited her back." What does that even mean? I'm an active with a good handle on the process and I can't even tell what scenario you are talking about.
